SACRAMENTO AREA FORECAST 12/7/2013 11:30 p.m.
TONIGHT: Widespread frost and fog will develop. Sub-freezing temperatures return to the valley with lows in the mid to upper 20s. We are under a Hard Freeze Warning from 10 pm tonight until 8 am Tuesday.
SUNDAY: We will wake up to temperatures in the 20s, patchy fog and widespread frost. The afternoon brings mostly sunny skies for the valley, but still cool with highs in the 40s. Partly cloudy in the Sierra with highs in the 20s.
MONDAY: Fog returns for the morning, but sunshine for the rest of the day. Valley lows will be in the mid to upper 20s again. Highs in the mid to upper 40s. Sierra highs in the low 30s and lows near zero with mostly sunny skies.
TUESDAY: Sunny in the valley with highs in the upper 40s to 50. Lows will remain in the mid to upper 20s . Sierra highs in the mid 30s.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny and mild for the valley with lows in the upper 20s and afternoon highs in the in the low to mid 50s. Sierra skies will be mostly cloudy with highs near 40.
THURSDAY: Clouds will increase throughout the day. Temperatures will rebound to normal with highs in the mid 50s. Sierra highs will be in the mid 40s.
FRIDAY-SATURDAY: A slight chance of rain with partly sunny skies. High temps in the upper 50s. For the Sierra a slight chance of rain and snow. Highs near 40.
