Six children were taken from a Turlock home after the adult in the home was arrested on drug and endangerment allegations.

Turlock Police Sgt. Stephen Webb said detectives served a search warrant at a home in 400 block of Bernell Avenue and recovered approximately 14 grams of  heroin and drug sales paraphernalia.

The children living in the home were placed with Child Protective Services. Webb said they ranged in age from 1 year to 10 years old.

The adult, Diana Servin, 30, was arrested for possession of heroin for sale and felony child endangerment, Webb said.

Police did not say if Servin is the children's mother.
