WEST SACRAMENTO, CA - The second person wanted in connection to in West Sacramento Tuesday night has surrendered.

Pamela McKee, 33, of Sacramento, turned herself in to West Sacramento police detectives Thursday night, said Lt. Tod Sockman.
She and Joshua Neil Anthon, 31, of Rio Linda, were each arrested and booked into custody on one count of murder in the death of Michael Ray Anderson, 55, in the parking lot at 906 Sacramento Avenue.
Anthon gave himself up to police earlier Thursday.
Sockman said investigators received a number of tips from the public after security camera images were released and shown on local media and social media.
