GALT, CA - Students at Galt High School were released early Friday after seven students reported experiencing flu-like symptoms.
Three of the students were taken to an area hospital as a precaution, according to Galt Police Department Lt. Brian Vizzusi.
The ill students were all in the music room.
Police, the local fire department, a HAZMAT team, Pacific Gas and Electric, and a Sacramento County Environmental Health officer were all called out to check the school. Police said no foreign substances were found and the school was determined to be safe.
