VALLEJO, Calif. - The woman who discovered an abandoned baby boy in a Vallejo gas station over the weekend has made a tremendously generous offer.
According KGO-TV in the Bay Area, Cameron Johnson has offered to foster little Charles who was abandoned in the gas station restroom.
Johnson, a mother of three, stopped into the station on her way to Emeryville when she found Charles alone and distressed in the restroom. She tells KGO she immediately sought out the boy's parent, but quickly realized he had been abandoned.

A gas station employee subsequently contacted police who arrived and placed the boy with child protective services.
The boy's mother, Joia Hukill was later located and arrested at a home in Vallejo.
In a later exclusive interview with News10, Hukill blamed a methamphetamine addiction for abandoning Charles.
