The FBI is calling this man in a white or light cap suspect #2 in the bombings at the Boston Marathon Monday. The FBI says this man was seen planting a device. From video the FBI obtained, it appeared suspect #2 and suspect #1 were walking together and they had backpacks. Suspect #1 wore a dark hat. Investigators say one bomb was in a pressure cooker and the other was in a metal container.

BOSTON (AP) - The FBI has released photos of two suspects in the Boston Marathon bombings and is asking for the public's help in identifying them.
FBI Agent Richard DesLauriers says one of the suspects is believed to have planted the devices near the finish line of the race. He says both suspects are considered armed and extremely dangerous.
Within moments of the FBI releasing the images on its website, the agency's website crashed.
The explosions Monday killed three people and injured more than 180.
Tipsters with information were urged to contact the FBI at 1-800- CALL FBI (1-800-225-5324).
