SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Three people are hospitalized after a shooting in a nightclub in San Francisco's South of Market area.
Police say three men were hit by gunfire after an argument between two men at a club called 330 Ritch around 1:15 a.m. Saturday.
KTVU-TV says the shooting started inside the club and then continued outside. Police told the station it was not clear if the three people shot were the intended targets, or if they were bystanders.
One of the men shot is in critical condition, while the two others have non-life threatening injuries.
Saturday morning police crime technicians were processing the area outside the nightclub for evidence.
The club is located on a narrow side street, about one block from AT&T Park. The nightclub's phones were constantly busy Saturday morning and an email to the club by The Associated Press seeking comment was not immediately returned.
