SACRAMENTO, CA - A dependent adult was forced into performing oral copulation behind a shopping center in Elverta last Friday, according to an arrest report from the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.
The 29-year-old victim, a man, was standing in front of a grocery store on Watt Avenue while his mother shopped inside. The man lives with his parents.
As the man waited for his mother, a man who was unknown to him, reportedly approached him and threatened to kill him if he didn't go behind the store. The victim told the deputy he went with the man because he was afraid of what was going to happen to him if he didn't.
The man pushed the victim behind a cinder block wall where they couldn't be seen and forced his penis into the victim's mouth, simulating oral copulation, the report stated.
Arrested was 33-year-old Philip Goodman, a convicted sex offender, sheriff's Sgt. Jason Ramos confirmed. What charges Goodman might face were not immediately known.
