The Sheldon Huskies win their fourth straight Sac-Joaquin Section Title on Saturday night.

SACRAMENTO, CA - The top-seeded Sheldon Huskies made it four straight Sac-Joaquin Section Titles by escaping with a 60-57 win over their Delta River and cross-town rivals, the (2) Pleasant Grove Eagles.

The top-two seeds squared off in a memorable thriller for the Boys Division I Championship on Sunday night, which was the marquee game on a full weekend of Section finals played at Sleep Train Arena.

Cole Nordquist's dunk cut the Huskies lead to one point with 54 seconds to play, but he then missed a tying three-point shot as time expired, giving Sheldon their third win of the year over the Eagles.

Darin Johnson, who is headed for Washington, scored a game-high 21 points, while Antonio Lewis scored 14 points and pulled-down nine rebounds for the Huskies, who will await their next opponent in the Northern California Open Division Playoffs, beginning next week.

Nordquist finished with 19 points and Malik Thames added 18 points for Pleasant Grove in the loss.

The Eagles will play in the Division I bracket during the Nor-Cal playoffs next week.
