SACRAMENTO, CA - The Sacramento Kings are parting ways with Thomas Robinson, who was drafted just last year with the fifth overall pick in the NBA Draft, according to reports.
USA Today's Sam Amick reported the Kings will ship the 21-year-old Robinson, along with Francisco Garcia and Tyler Honeycutt to the Houston Rockets in exchange for Patrick Patterson, Cole Aldrich and Toney Douglas, plus $1 million.
The deal is still pending league approval and neither team has confirmed the reports.

In the reported deal, Sacramento will send out about $10.3 million in salary to Houston and receive about $6.6 million.
In another deal, the Rockets also sent Marcus Morris to the Phoenix Suns for a future second-round pick. Morris will join his twin brother, Markieff in Phoenix.
