Isaiah Thomas will represent Kings at NBA All-Star Weekend

SACRAMENTO - The Kings Isaiah Thomas celebrated two milestones on Thursday, celebrating his 23rd birthday, and celebrating a trip the NBA All-Star Weekend.

A year after some believed he was snubbed as a rookie, this season he was selected to play in the Rising Stars game featuring the top rookies and second year players.

Thomas, who is averaging 11.6 points and 3.2 assists per game was added as a late wildcard along with the Timberwolves Ricky Rubio by self-appointed commissioner and NBA Analyst Kenny Smith who was also a former King.

Thomas was selected by Charles Barkley and will play for "Team Chuck" who will face off against Shaquille O'Neal's "Team Shaq".
