ROSEVILLE, CA - A former care home employee charged with raping a profoundly disabled resident pleaded no contest Wednesday in a deal that will send him to prison for up to 13 years.
Marquise Montgomery, 22, was arrested last week after a DNA match with a relative linked him with the victim's baby, born last March.
