Online career resource and community website Glassdoor has released it fifth annual Employees' Choice Awards, listing the top places to work in 2013
The companies were ranked by taking cumulative average ratings from an 18-question survey completed by a half million employees between Nov. 24, 2011 and Nov. 13, 2012.
The survey asked workers to rate their overall satisfaction with their employer, in addition to ranking key workplace factors, such as career opportunities, compensation and benefits, work-life balance, senior management, culture, and values.
