NATOMAS, CA - Police arrested a suspect after an initial foul odor report uncovered a large-scale marijuana grow that was being powered with stolen utilities, Sunday evening.
Sacramento police offers responded to a report of a foul odor coming from a residence off the 2900 block of Myotis Drive in North Natomas around 6:00 p.m.
Once officers contacted the residence of the house, a 750 plant marijuana grow was revealed, according to police reports. Not only that, but the occupant was also stealing power to run the grow operation.
Police arrested and book the suspect on charges of cultivation of marijuana and theft of utilities.
