For the second year running, late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel asked his viewers to pull a cruel, yet comical Halloween prank on their children.
Kimmel asked viewers to record their kids' recations after informing the little trick or treaters they had eaten all of that hard-earned Halloween candy.
