A 14-year-old New York state high school student has been arrested and charged with a computer crime for replacing the Facebook page image of another student with that of a penis, The Journal News reports.
The teenager at Walter Panas high school in Cortlandt, who has not been identified because he is a minor, was arrested Wednesday afternoon and charged with unauthorized use of a computer, a misdemeanor, for gaining access to the other teen's Facebook page.
He was ordered to appear in family court on Oct. 17, the Westchester County newspaper reports.
