Oscar Antoine Harris, 39, dies from shooting at South Sacramento party on Daya Way.
SOUTH SACRAMENTO, CA - The second person shot outside a party in South Sacramento on September 23, died on Monday morning, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.
Deputies responded to the initial shooting call on the 7600 block of Daya Way around 2:45 a.m. and found Dijon Augustine Smith, 19, and Antoine Oscar Harris, 39, suffering from gunshot wounds.

Smith was pronounced dead at the scene and Harris was transported to hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries Monday morning.
Several dozen people were detained and questioned at the scene, but deputies were unable to identify any possible suspects.
