The event was organized by Upscale Reptiles and Mobile Pets to Go Co-Owners Jeremy and Angel Epstein of Elk Grove. It featured nearly 4,000 reptiles and also included amphibians, insects, and carnivorous plants.
The highlights included a rare albino alligator, a King Cobra, and an 8-foot long Izod alligator.
Not only were the animals up for display, a few were available to pet in a special petting zoo. Organizers say it was a unique showcase to educate visitors and to offer animals and supplies to prospective reptile owners.
