SACRAMENTO, CA - A argument between two women that ended with the death of one of them has resulted in an arrest.
Sacramento County sheriff's detectives booked Andreawaana Clemmons, 20, into Sacramento County Jail Friday for murder in the July 18 death of Lisa Bisher, 38, said sheriff's Deputy Jason Ramos.
Deputies were dispatched to answer a call regarding a shooting on the 7900 block of Loucreta Drive about 3 a.m. that July day. They learned Bisher and a man were arguing in front of a residence when a man and a woman later identified as Clemmons came out of the house, Ramos said. According to witnesses, Clemmons and Bisher started arguing. Clemmons allegedly pulled out a handgun and shot Bisher, who died several hours later at a local hospital.
Witnesses told deputies said a car left the house where Clemmons and the man she was with had been inside.
Clemmons was not eligible for bail.
