SACRAMENTO, CA - A Sacramento man was arraigned on two counts of solicitation of murder Friday afternoon after police said he tried to hire a detective to kill his wife.
The two counts were for 30-year-old Hader Nasim's wife and her unborn child.
Nasim's arrest followed a meeting he had with an undercover detective Tuesday night in which he discussed how and when he wanted his wife killed, said Sacramento police Officer Michelle Gigante.
