SACRAMENTO, CA - A Carl's Jr. customer who claims he got shorted on his order took matters into his own hands on Saturday.

Sacramento police Officer Michelle Gigante said the man got upset because he didn't get enough meat in his taco, so he walked outside the restaurant and lit a trash can on fire.

Sacramento firefighters were called to the scene on the 8300 block of Folsom Boulevard around 2:30 p.m. and extinguished the fire.

Police later found the suspected arsonist and arrested him on a felony arson charge.

According to Gigante, the man, identified as 55-year-old Marvin Watson, had outstanding warrants. Watson was subsequently booked into Sacramento County Jail.

Nobody was injured during the incident.

No word on whether Watson ate his taco.
