FOLSOM, CA - Pacific Gas and Electric crews worked through Thursday night and into Friday morning to fix a gas leak in Folsom.

PG&E first received reports of a smell of natural gas about 8 p.m. on Thursday night.  Crews arrived at the intersection of Sutter and Wool Streets and found a leak coming from an underground line.

The street was subsequently closed so crews could repair the leak.

The leak was repaired and the intersection reopened as of 6:35 a.m.
