SACRAMENTO, CA - A Sacramento police investigation has led to the arrest of a pizza restaurant owner on suspicion of supplying marijuana to at least one girl in exchange for sexual acts.

John Julian Martinez, 42, is alleged to have displayed lewd behavior and touched a number of girls in a sexual manner, according to the police report.

"I wasn't expecting any drug activity. But definitely the funny activity with the young girls, you'd expect that from him," said Jerimiah Morris, who works at the barbershop next door.

"I'm glad they finally took care of it. And he's going to get what's coming to him," barber Malcolm Butler said.

Detectives believe Martinez's alleged criminal behavior began when he opened Royal Pizza on the 2200 block of Northgate Boulevard approximately two years ago.

Other potential victims were asked to contact the Sacramento Police Department's dispatch center at (916) 264-5471 or Crime Alert at (916) 443-HELP (4357) or text in a tip to 274637 (CRIMES).
