SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CA - A 1-year-old girl that was abducted by her father was found safe Monday night.
The California Highway Patrol cancelled the Amber Alert around 7:21 p.m. Monday. The Amber Alert was issued Sunday at 9:33 p.m. after the toddler's mom reported her missing.
San Joaquin County sheriff's Deputy Les Garcia said Jacqueline Martinez was found a family member's home in San Lorenzo and will be returned home.
The suspect vehicle, a silver GMC Yukon SUV, was located at a Pleasanton mall's parking lot.
Gracia said the suspect, Johnathon Martinez, is still at large.
Johnathon Martinez is described as a 30-year-old Hispanic man with black hair and brown eyes; he is 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 170 pounds. He wore a white t-shirt, blue jeans and an Oakland A's baseball cap when last seen.
