"He's a piece of work, to just run someone over like that and just keep on going," West said about the suspect. "As an adult, he knows the laws and rules. He should clearly know what's coming for him. What he did was unacceptable."
Walden is expected to return to court on Wednesday. He faces a long list of charges including a probation violation during his alleged DUI hit and run.
As for West, she is looking forward to new beginnings. She's also looking forward to visiting her boyfriend. She hasn't seen him yet because of all his surgeries.
When she sees him, West said she'll tell him, "We're going to be all right Harry. We're going to be all right. "
