SACRAMENTO, CA - Emergency responders have recovered a man's body from the American River near Watt Avenue.
Witnesses reported seeing the victim in the water and calling authorities at approximately 1:15 p.m.
The victim was only described as a white man. The condition of the body wasn't immediately available.
