KERN COUNTY, CA : Caltrans is warning drivers heading over the Grapevine on I-5 over July 4th and the weekend, to expect traffic delays.
Construction work involving paving is expected to close as many as three lanes in both directions of I-5. Caltrans advises early or late night travel and to expect at least 30 additional minutes due to the closures.
