STOCKTON, CA - A suspect was arrested after leading California Highway Patrol officers on a car chase, with speeds up to 100 mph.
CHP officers used a spike strip to blow out the suspect vehicle's tires, then used a "spin-out" maneuver to force the suspect to lose control of the car.
One lane was closed to traffice as CHP cleared the scene of the crash/arrest on southbound Interstate-5 in downtown Stockton, near Alpine Avenue.
The suspect was wanted for speeding in Sacramento County.
