SACRAMENTO - One of the four people who were shot and killed in a shootout inside a Sacramento home Saturday night is considered a suspect in the shooting.

Xue Lor, 26, of Sacramento, is suspected of shooting and killing Lee Doua Cha, 33, of Sacramento, and married couple Lia Vang, 57, and Xai Vang Yang, 61, at their home on the 7600 block of 18th Street around 10 p.m.

A fifth person was also injured in the shooting and was taken to the hospital in critical condition; but the victim's current condition is unclear.

Sacramento police Officer Michelle Gigante said Lor allegedly killed three inhabitants at the home and injured another. Lor, a known gang member, was then shot and killed by an unidentified person in the home.

Police say robbery appears to be the motive behind the killings at the Sacramento home.

Police described Lor as a parolee subject to high supervision who was released after serving time on gun possession charges.

Investigators say Lor has been identified as a gunman in a separate shooting of a 22-year-old man 18 hours earlier.

Police are investigating whether gang connections by members of the victim's family played a role in the attack.
