FOLSOM, CA - Folsom police are searching for a man suspected of robbing the El Dorado Savings Bank at 300 E. Bidwell St. in Folsom on Friday.
Sgt. Jason Browning of the Folsom Police Dept. said the man entered the bank around noon, handed the teller a note indicating he had a gun, collected an undisclosed amount of money and fled the bank on Coloma St. towards the rear of he building.
The suspected robber was described as a white man in his late 30s to early 40s, 5'6" tall, 140 pounds, with short brown hair, a black mustache and goatee. He was last seen wearing a black beanie, black sunglasses, a black or dark gray long sleeve shirt with a beige logo on the front and a shoulder-to-shoulder graphic across the back, dark gray cargo shorts, white and black shoes, and white socks. He was also carrying a small black bag at the time of the robbery.
