Stockton driveway shooting under investigation
STOCKTON, CA - Stockton police are investigating a shooting incident that has left one person injured and the other died.
According to the Stockton Police Night Watch Activity report, a couple had returned home and were parking their car when an unknown suspect fired several shots into the car.
The male victim, 27, was shot in the upper body and his wife, 26, was struck in the hand.
They drove to St. Joseph's Hospital, where the man died. The woman's wound is not life threatening.
The incident occurred at the 800 block of S Hunter Street Friday night.
