Searchlight Avenue shooting in Stockton
STOCKTON, CA - Stockton police responded to a report of a car crashing into a house on the 500 block of Searchlight Avenue Friday night.
Upon arrival, officers discovered the driver had been shot and was immediately transported to St. Joseph's Hospital, where he later died.
Homicide detectives are handling the investigation.
The victim's identity was withheld pending notification of family.
