INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Wide receivers Tim Brown, Cris Carter and Andre Reed were among those who failed to make the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Saturday.

Bill Parcells, who won two Super Bowls as a head coach, joined all three wide receivers up for consideration did not make the cut.

Curtis Martin, Dermontti Dawson, Chris Doleman, Cortez Kennedy, Willie Roaf and senior nominee Jack Butler were all voted in.

Nicknamed "Mr. Raider", Brown, played for the Raiders from 1988 until 2003 and holds the NFL record for most consecutive seasons with 75 or more catches. He's a nine time Pro Bowl selection, part of the NFL's All-Decade team of the 1990's, 19,683 all-purpose yards, and 105 touchdowns during his illustrious career.

Brown, a finalist for the third time in as many years of eligibility, warned Raiders fans on Twitter not to watch the live announcement on NFL Network.

"Raider nation!! Don't bother to watch tonight they passed on me again!!" wrote Brown, who set Raiders franchise records for receptions, receiving yards and punt return yards. "In fact, no wrs made it again. Gotta get some of y'all in there!!"
