MODESTO, CA - Modesto police arrested an attempted murder suspect around 4:20 p.m. Thursday after setting up a perimeter at Hatch and Ustick.
Joel Bejaran, 36, was considered armed and dangerous as police searched for him for nearly three hours, Modesto Police Department Lt. Rick Armendariz said.
Police locked down the neighborhood near Hatch and Ustick and searched for Bejaran near the Tuolumne River. Police used both K-9 units and a helicopter to find the suspect.
