YOLO COUNTY, CA - A Woodland woman's drive home from a Mary Kay Party turned violent after she allegedly shot out a car window Friday night, California Highway Patrol Spokesperson Lizz Dutton said.

The 19-year-old then pulled over and called police to report the incident.
