MODESTO, CA - Aaron Carrillo, 41, has been identified as the man thrown off a motorcycle and into a person's backyard after a high speed motorcycle accident Thursday night.
Modesto police Officer Scott Nelson said Carrillo was northbound on Tully Road when he struck an SUV turning left in front of him. Carrillo was thrown off his bike, went through an elevated street sign, and into the backyard of Wannavee Done.
"It was loud and bad. It seemed like it hit the house. They couldn't find the body of the person. They were looking on the roof," said Done.
Carrillo was eventually found near a sliding door of her bedroom.
"He hit a chair and bent my faucet and knocked some plants down," she said.
Nelson said alcohol and drugs did not appear to be a factor in the accident and Carrillo was wearing a helmet.
The driver of the SUV did not suffer serious injuries.
Carillo was transported to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries.
