CERES, CA - Firefighters contained a motor home fire at a Ceres storage facility from spreading to nearby propane tanks.

The blaze sent up lots of black smoke from the Silo Mini Storage at 1940 Kinser Road around noon Tuesday.

Ceres Fire Department spokesman Michael Lillie said two men were working on the motor home when it caught fire. One of the men suffered second and third degree burns, Lillie said.

Paramedics transported the injured man to an area hospital. His status wasn't immediately known.

The flames did spread to a nearby car. Lillie said both vehicles were destroyed.

It wasn't clear what caused the motor home to go up in flames.
