SACRAMENTO, CA -- Play-by-play announcer Grant Napear is known for his biting remarks, cool head and brash style as the voice of the Sacramento Kings.

But the emotions of what may be the Kings' final home game in Sacramento caught up with Napear in the final seconds of Wednesday's broadcast.

Napear and fellow announcer Jerry Reynolds were obviously choked up.

Napear even took a second to catch his breath before signing off: "Lot of uncertainty as we all know. But the one thing we do know is the love affair between this team and this city. And tonight we say so long."
