CONTEST RULES

1. Bills Paid for the Month – Sponsored by Tri Counties Bank
   The chosen winner will receive $2,500.  Prize may be deposited in to a Tri Counties Bank Perfect Choice Checking Account or awarded in cash.  Note:  Important new account disclosures will be provided to the winner when the account opening documentation has been completed.  Prize valued at $2,500.  An IRS 1099-INT form will be given to the winner for tax reporting purposes.  

   Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn – one night stay
   The certificate entitles you to; a one night stay in a Fairmont Heritage Room, a bottle of wine in your room upon arrival, daily Sonoma Valley Winemaker tasting in our Lobby between 4:30 -5:30 pm, complimentary access to daily fitness classes, state-of-the-art workout facilities and the Inn’s daily guided hikes.  The certificate is valid until March 31, 2009 based on availability. 

   Crossroads Trading co. - $100 gift certificate
               No expiration.  Gift certificate can be redeemed at any location.

   Vintage Carriage Co. - $50 prize book
               Value $50.  No expiration.

   Blossoms and Treasures
   Winner will receive a presentational bouquet the day of the event, May 10th, to be presented to the “Queen” at the Placer County Fairgrounds.  In addition a second bouquet will be delivered to the winner’s home in June.  Total Prize valued at $100.00

   
   
2. Eligibility. The Package(s) are subject to the following conditions: 1. The Package(s) are to be awarded as prizes to bona fide winners of the Contest only. The Station may not distribute the Package(s) (or any portion thereof) to any sponsor, their employees, family members or others who are not a legitimate, bona fide Contest winner. Tickets issued will bear the date of issue and the date of expiration. Expiration dates will not be extended. No substitutions are allowed. 2): (a) The Package is for the winning person. Winner must be at least 18 years of age. Travelers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. (b) Prize packages may not be redeemed for cash, sold, traded or transferred. (c) Prize fulfillment is subject to certain restrictions and is subject to hotel availability at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn. Advanced reservations required. Certain travel restrictions may also apply. (d) Saturday night stay may be required. (e) Vacation must be fulfilled by March 31, 2009(f). KXTV, Tri Counties Bank, Crossroads Trading Co., Gloria Landscaping, It's About Time Media, Vintage Carriage Co, Blossoms and Treasures, and the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn, its parent, subsidiary, related and affiliated companies and their respective officers, directors employees and agents shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses injuries, demands, damages, actions, and /or causes of actions which arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the Promotion.
   
3. Entry. Certain restrictions shall apply to the Package(s) as determined by Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn, Tri Counties Bank, Vintage Carriage Co., and Blossoms and Treasures. The Package(s) shall not include the following: airport departure fees and taxes; travel insurance; hotel room service; parking fees; laundry service; food; alcoholic beverages; merchandise, souvenirs, etc.; local and long distance telephone calls; tips, gratuities, service charges, resort fees or taxes; or all other charges not explicitly included in the Package(s) pursuant to this Agreement. Employees of Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn, Tri Counties Bank, Crossroads Trading Co., Gloria Landscaping, It's About Time Media, Vintage Carriage Co, Blossoms and Treasures, LLC, KXTV, ABC, Gannett and their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and other agents, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with such employees, are not eligible.
