Game publisher Natsume, one of many at E3 in Los Angeles this June, had a lineup featuring a trio of Harvest Moon titles, an African expedition, and a fishing trip.
Of the three Harvest Moon games shown to the Game Guys, two are for the Wii. One, Harvest Moon: Animal Paradise, is your traditionally purchased Wii disk whereas the other, Harvest Moon: My Little Shop is a cute little WiiWare game due out later this year. The final upcoming game in the franchise is for the DS, called Harvest Moon: Sunshine Islands.
Afrika, a title exclusive to the PlayStation 3, is one which Natsume has a lot of pride in. In Afrika, players take the role of a nature photojournalist for National Geographic as they take photographs of beautifully digitally recreated elephants, lions, and other animals native to the continent.
For those who prefer a game of a different pace, Reel Fishing: Angler's Dream for the Nintendo Wii is due out in July of 2009. In Angler's Dream, players cast their reel in hopes of hooking one of the game's 40 different species of fish in one of many beautiful settings.
