Learn all about weather with News10 and the Sacramento Bee's Weather Wizard program. Look for the Newspaper In Education and News10's Weather Wizard insert inside the Sacramento Bee on Tuesday, September 25th. You can learn about the water cycle, get flood emergency kit instructions and get great tips for living green. The Weather Wizard insert also has lots of great weather facts and activities for kids that help explain our unique Northern California weather.
Also, be sure to look for Monica Wood's Weather Notebook column in the Sacramento Bee every Tuesday beginning September 25th. It features even more educational and interesting information about our weather.
Teachers who have signed up for the program can participate in the Weather Wizard Workshop on September 20th from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. You'll learn helpful and fun ways to teach weather to your students.
