It's time again when News10, Swansons Cleaners, Gottschalks, and the Salvation Army ask for your help in keeping families warm this winter by donating to News10's Coats for Kids. It's easy…just clean out those closets and donate new or gently used coats to our program! We do accept coats of all sizes. Thanks to your generosity, we have collected and distributed over 400,000 coats to childen and families in need over the past 17 years. This year, our goal is to collect 30,000 coats. There are many ways you can help out from donating a coat, to taking donations yourself, holding an event where you collect coats, making a monetary donation, and volunteering your time. Take a minute to check out all the great ways our community is helping us make sure we help keep families warm this winter.
