News10 sponsors a wide variety of community events each year. News10 welcomes sponsorship proposals from non-profit agencies and governmental entities. Preference is given to events dealing with children or issues pertaining to parenting, mentoring, education, children's health, or the welfare of children.
Proposals should be made as far in advance as possible, preferably at least 12 months prior to the event date. Sponsorship requests should be made using the online request form or in writing. Written requests can be sent via e-mail, fax (916-441-3145) or conventional mail, but phone calls concerning events sponsorship cannot be accepted. News10's primary means of sponsorship support is through the use of air time to publicize an event, although cash contributions are made in a very limited number of situations.
