Motorists can add a new term to the distracted-driving dictionary: webbing. Smartphone ownership is on the rise, and so too is surfing the internet while driving, according to insurer State Farm.
During a four-year study, the insurer polled nearly 4,000 drivers older age 18 and older, and the data shows an increase in motorists using the web while driving.
