'Sword Girls', an online game for PC.
Developer Zeonixhas launched Sword Girls Season 2, bringing new content and updates to the MMO computer game.
Along with the start of Season 2 comes the conclusion of Season 1, including the storyline featuring the main characters of that premier season. Sword Girls need not worry, however, as those characters will remain playable in Season 2.
The four main characters in the Season 2 storyline are introduced below:
Vita: Detective
Asmis Asmis is the new main character for the Vita
faction. If she seems familiar, she's actually a returning minor character from
the first season of Sword Girls. She was a student at Vita Public School and a
member of the Secret Service Detective Agency, but in her investigations, she
learned too much. She was savagely beaten by Agent Fourteen; someone she thought
was a fellow detective. Asmis survived, but the wound on her head was cursed to
never heal. The Vita Principal, Treanna, managed to help with the wound, but she
needs to find a way to lift the curse while prying into forbidden
knowledge.
Academy: Linus
Falco When Linia took control of the Academy at the
end of Season 1, she started to target witches for enrollment. Linus Falco is
one of these new students, and the new main character for the Academy. Witches
are usually feared and shunned, so the Academy's new policy is welcome change.
However, Linia isn't someone to be trusted, and her actions certainly serve some
darker purpose. When Linus discovers Linia's true motive, can she really stand
up to the leader of the Academy herself?
Crux: Crux Knight
Rose Rose Pacifica is another witch, as well as a
sister to Cinia, the main Academy character of the first season, but her ties to
the Academy were cut a long time ago. When Linia, her eldest sister, discovered
Rose was a witch, she was exiled from the family and forced to take up a life of
wandering. In the weeks since the end of Season 1, Rose found a girl in the
forest who lost her memory and decided to protect her. Together, Rose and the
girl, who she called Veltier, joined the Crux Knights. While Crux abhors
witches, who would ever suspect that a witch would be hiding among their
own?
Darklore:
Helena K Sink Darklore is more than just
vampires, witches, and other strange beings; it is a term for anyone that Crux
opposes. In the last season, the GS, a group of humans opposed to the Crux
Goddess of Miracles, executing a devastating attack on Crux territory and
setting the city ablaze. This group has extended an offer of alliance to another
group opposed to Crux. Helena K Sink leads the Aletheians, a faith that worships
the God of Truth and opposes the Goddess of Miracles. Helena herself is said to
hear the voice of God, and under her leadership, the Aletheians have been
working hard to spread their beliefs and recruit more faithful to the
cause.
