SACRAMENTO, CA - The news obviously got around that pop singer Olly Murs was performing live at the News10 studio Thursday afternoon.
A group of local friends, Amber, Linda, Katryna, Katyra, Mackenzie, and Natalie, were waiting outside the News10 studio since 9 a.m. in hopes of meeting Murs.
"I'm so excited!" exclaimed high school senior Linda at the prospect of meeting Murs. "I've been waiting for a really long time. So yes."
Linda wasn't alone. More fans continued to show up, bringing with them diapers and baby wipes donations for St. Johns's Shelter Program for Women and Children ... all for their chance to meet one of their favorite artists at 3:30 pm.
