 Reporter Dave Marquis has been with News10 since September, 1993. As a general assignment reporter he covers a wide range of stories, including live and breaking news, but his specialty is military issues.
Before joining News10, Dave was Senior Reporter at KPNX-TV in Phoenix, Arizona, as well as Adjunct Instructor in the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism, Arizona State University. Before that, he anchored and reported at various TV stations in Arizona and Texas.
Dave attended the last two years of high school locally, graduating from Rio Americano High School. Following high school he attended the University of California at Berkeley and the University of California at Santa Barbara. During his career, he has won various state and regional awards, including Best Live Shot - Texas (1983), and Best Live Shot - Arizona (1987), Best Education Reporting - Arizona (1986).
Dave is an avid outdoorsman, backpacker, skier, climber, mountain biker, and tennis player.
