 Reporter/anchor Dan Elliott joined News10 in 1989. Currently, he co-anchors "News10 Good Morning" with Kelly Jackson and "News10 Midday" with Jennifer Smith.
Initially, Dan was hired as a sports anchor for News10. Then, in 1995, he switched from sports to news reporting in order expand his role at the station.
Prior to coming to News10, he worked as Sports Director, Sports Anchor, and News Anchor for KEYT-TV in Santa Barbara, California. He has also been a color commentator and sports anchor for KTMS Radio in Santa Barbara, and has worked at KFRC and KGO Radio in San Francisco.
Dan received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Communication Arts from San Francisco State University in 1976. Dan, his wife, and three sons live in the Laguna area. His hobbies include golf and spending time with his family.
