SACRAMENTO, CA - The Sacramento Regional Transit District (RT) is accepting applications for Bus Operator positions.
"After the implementation of major service reductions in June 2010 and the associated employee layoffs, RT is now preparing for the future restoration and restructuring of bus service that will require hiring additional operators," Mike Wiley, General Manager/CEO, stated. "RT has been successful in recalling all laid-off operators to return to work, and now we are in a position to create new jobs for the Sacramento region."
The recruitment period will extend November 16, 2011. An eligibility list will be created in order to fill future positions as needed.
